Self-isolating can be difficult for many, but for those struggling with their mental health, even more so. If you are able to and would like to donate - £8 covers a call to Infoline, providing information and sign-posting to local help. £21 pays for an hour of Elefriends enabling people to connect with peers in a safe place to listen, share and be heard. If you're able to donate, please follow the link.
