To improve your own mental health and well-being, raise understanding of behavioural and emotional responses; also develop your confidence and skills as you provide the context and tools to foster good emotional health for the whole family.
Increasing skills, knowledge and understanding of tools, techniques and strategies used to become calm, positive and resilient, including breath, massage, meditation and mindfulness.
Actively learn through practical engagement, discussion and problem solving as you apply the learning to your own lives and those of your family members.
